Overview
Development of a new extension and interior plan to this traditionally semi-detached dwelling in Cofton Hackett. The old garage storage room is converted into a new toilet and shower with a small laundry room. There is also a new floor and kitchen designed in an open plan style which consists of breakfast bar and dining area. The use of steel and structural capabilities will determine the amount of space we can use in the kitchen and external bi-folding doors, they will open out onto a newly formed decking barbeque and children's play area. Project due to be completed in late spring 2009.
