Overview
Miles Industries Ltd awarded Woodfellas the complete package of the Carpentry and Joinery works of the main fit out for this new office building in 2004. It is now home to Trent FM and Gold Radio, Thomson Reuters, Barclays and EC Harris LLP.

Contract detail
The new four storey office development was built by Miller Construction on Maid Marian Way, Nottingham City Centre. All the interior carpentry and joinery was to a maple specification. Due to the buildings exterior circular shape, there were many challenges regarding steelwork and masonry which needed specific design solutions. Woodfellas as a company thrive on the prospect of new and difficult building problems. Our aim is to find solutions and stretch our skills which we did many times on this particular project.

Bulkhead design and coverings for steel works.

Circular joinery prepared on site to accommodate architectural shape.

Kitchen and office ports fitted on all floors.

Boxings and duct / void coverings in basement.

Contract completed on time and budget March 2004.
